Overview
Welcome to TONGZHOU. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). TONGZHOU is operated by ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to use the Services or make a purchase. If you allow a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for their use.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
2. Products, Descriptions, and Safe Use
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, lighting, and screen settings. Measurements may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Product availability, specifications, packaging, and descriptions may change. We may limit quantities or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
Pet-care products must be used only as described in the product instructions and with appropriate adult supervision. Choose a product that is suitable for your pet’s size, condition, and temperament; inspect it before each use; and stop use if the product is damaged or your pet shows distress or discomfort. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice or professional care.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We accept an order when payment has been authorized and we begin fulfillment or send a shipping confirmation.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected commercial resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Orders may be canceled within the cancellation period shown in our store’s cancellation rules, provided fulfillment has not already begun. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated at checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect an order already accepted except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the information you provide is accurate. Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, rates, processing estimates, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide an update and, when required by applicable law, offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package.
6. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility, time limits, product-condition requirements, return shipping responsibilities, exclusions, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content—including the TONGZHOU brand name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, page design, and arrangement—are owned by or licensed to ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
TONGZHOU names, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks or brand identifiers of ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED or its licensors. Shopify names and logos are trademarks of Shopify. Other marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
The Services may provide access to tools, integrations, payment services, or features operated by third parties. They are provided subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
9. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, products, or practices. Review the third party’s terms and policies before using its services or completing a transaction.
10. Our Relationship With Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED, operating under the TONGZHOU brand. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, or any dispute between you and us, except to the extent required by applicable law or separately agreed by Shopify.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify also processes information about your access to and use of the Services.
12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, idea, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute User Content for operating, improving, and marketing the Services, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove User Content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not required to pay for or respond to User Content unless we expressly agree otherwise.
13. Errors and Corrections
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability. We may correct such information and, where permitted by law, update or cancel affected orders. If an accepted order is canceled because of our error, we will refund the amount paid.

- Submit false, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material;
- Transmit malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services;

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.
17. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Any product warranties expressly stated on a product page or required by applicable law remain in effect. Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any non-waivable consumer right.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
21. No Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement between you and ODDORJOY CO., LIMITED concerning the Services and replace prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
22. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or other legitimate business transfer, subject to applicable law.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
This section does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in another forum where applicable law does not permit those rights to be waived.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date.
