Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $49 or more. A flat $5.99 standard-shipping fee applies to eligible orders under $49.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit typically takes 3–8 business days after shipment. Most orders arrive within approximately 4–11 business days, although carrier delays may occasionally occur.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking page to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation within 15 minutes of placing an unfulfilled order. Because processing can begin quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at support@tzpaw.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, clean, free of pet hair and odors, complete, and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an eligible item for preference-based reasons. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos or a short video so we can make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

What is the care station designed for?
It helps support small and medium pets during at-home bathing, drying, brushing, nail care, and other routine grooming tasks.
What pet size is recommended?
It is recommended for small and medium pets up to 33 lb (15 kg), based on supplier testing. Always consider your pet’s body shape, temperament, and comfort—not weight alone.
How do the eight openings work?
Select the four openings that best match your pet’s natural leg position. Make sure the chest and abdomen are comfortably supported and stop if your pet shows distress or discomfort.
Can I use it for bathing?
Yes. The thickened, breathable mesh is designed for bathing and everyday grooming routines, and it is easy to rinse and quick to dry. Place the frame on a flat, stable surface and supervise your pet throughout use.

What is the difference between Single Pocket and Double Pocket?
Single Pocket has one storage compartment. Double Pocket has two side-by-side compartments for separating toys and accessories.
What can I store in it?
It is designed for lightweight pet toys and accessories such as teaser wands, balls, plush toys, and grooming essentials.
Is a hook included?
Yes, one adhesive wall hook is included. Surface compatibility and holding strength vary, so follow the supplied installation directions and confirm the hook is secure before loading the organizer.
