Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TONGZHOU. This policy explains where we ship, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and delivery support.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–8 business days after shipment. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is normally 4–11 business days, including processing.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on eligible orders of $49 USD or more after discounts and before taxes.
A $5.99 USD flat standard shipping fee applies to eligible orders under $49 USD.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Tracking and delivery support

When tracking is available, we send it by email after shipment. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or a package has not arrived within 3 business days after the carrier’s estimate, contact support@tzpaw.com.

Address errors, damaged items, and returns

Review your address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video.

Do not send a return without authorization. Return eligibility, costs, and instructions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
